How does the membership program work?

The membership program functions as a classic directory and group advertising service. Funds are pooled for nationwide marketing campaigns and leads have the option to explore the directory or be automatically connected to the closest available member.

How does the pay-per-lead program work?

The pay-per-lead program functions as a paid advertising service that generates geotargeted, prequalified, exclusive leads for your law firm. Lead information will be sent to your email in real-time. New lead notifications will be sent via text and whisper call. Upon request, lead information can also be sent directly to your existing CRM via webhook.

How does the pay-per-call program work?

The pay-per-call program functions as a paid advertising service that generates geotargeted, prequalified, exclusive inbound phone calls for your law firm. Calls will be connected instantly to the number provided. All calls are recorded for verification and will be sent during your chosen business hours.

Are their additional fees for messages or referrals?

No. The membership program includes unlimited direct messages and website referrals. The optional pay-per-lead and pay-per-call programs are priced based on the number of leads and calls purchased.

Are the leads and calls exclusive?

Yes. All leads and calls are exclusive and delivered to only one participating law firm.

Are the leads and calls prequalified?

Yes. All leads and calls are prequalified prior to distribution. We text-verify phone numbers and ask leads to confirm that they were injured in an accident within the last 12 months, that they were not at fault, that there is an identifiable party that was at fault, that they are not represented, and that have not been rejected by another attorney.

Are the leads and calls delivered in real-time?

Yes. All leads are delivered in real-time and phone calls are connected instantly.

Are the leads and calls local?

Yes. The pay-per-lead and pay-per-call programs involve geotargeted ad campaigns based on your specific location. For the membership program, we run nationwide marketing campaigns and leads are distributed to the closest available member. We will attempt to generate leads and calls as close as possible to your location and guarantee that all will come from within your state.

Can I choose the case types that I receive?

Yes. For the AccidentAdvisor® Directory, motor vehicle accidents are required, but all other case types are optional. Other case types include defective products, work injuries, medical injuries, slip and fall, and dog bites. The pay-per-lead and pay-per-call programs are only available for motor vehicle accidents, which includes both personal and commercial car, truck, motorcycle, and ride share accidents.

Are the leads compliant?

Yes. Explicit consent is obtained and stored for all leads via TrustedForm® compliance technology. Phone calls are customer-initiated inbound calls only and recorded for verification.

Are there contracts or setup fees?

No. There are no contracts or setup fees. We offer monthly or annual membership options and one-time or monthly pay-per-lead and pay-per-call options.

What are the membership requirements?

Members must have an active law license in good standing with their state bar, no past or pending disciplinary issues with their state bar, and must have practiced personal injury law in the state for a minimum of 12 months. A tax identification number such as an EIN or SSN must be provided. Additional documentation may be requested for verification purposes.
