How does the membership program work?

The membership program functions as a group advertising service. Funds are pooled for nationwide marketing campaigns and leads are distributed to the closest available member.

How does the pay-per-call program work?

The pay-per-call program functions as a paid advertising service that generates inbound phone calls for your law firm.

Are their additional fees for leads?

No. The membership program includes unlimited form leads. The optional pay-per-call program is priced based on the number of calls purchased.

How are the leads delivered?

Lead information will be sent to your email. New lead notifications will be sent via text and whisper call. Upon request, lead information can also be sent directly to your existing CRM via webhook. Inbound phone calls will be connected instantly.

Are the leads exclusive?

Yes. All leads are exclusive and delivered to only one participating law firm.

Are the leads local?

Yes. We run nationwide marketing campaigns and leads are distributed to the closest available member. We will attempt to generate leads as close as possible to your location and guarantee that all leads will come from within your state. The pay-per-call program involves geotargeted ad campaigns based on your specific location.

What type of personal injury leads will I receive?

We generate leads for all types of personal injury cases. This includes motor vehicle accidents, defective products, work injuries, medical injuries, slip and fall, and dog bites. Motor vehicle accidents, which includes car, truck, motorcycle, and ride share accidents is our most popular case type. Most leads will be for motor vehicle accidents.

Can I choose which case types I receive?

Yes. Motor vehicle accidents are required, but all other case types are optional.

Are the leads prequalified?

Yes. All leads and calls are prequalified prior to distribution.

How do you prequalify the leads?

We text-verify phone numbers and ask leads to confirm that they were injured in an accident within the last 12 months; that they were not at fault and that there is an identifiable party that was at fault; that they are not represented and have not been rejected by another attorney.  

Are the leads delivered in real-time?

Yes. All form leads are delivered in real-time and phone calls are connected instantly.

Are the leads compliant?

Yes. Explicit consent is obtained and stored for all form leads via TrustedForm® compliance technology. Phone calls are customer-initiated inbound calls only and recorded for verification.

How many leads can I expect per month?

Lead volume varies based on location. Most members can expect to receive a minimum of 3-5 leads per month. Some locations will receive considerably more with no cap. We limit the number of members in each area to ensure consistent lead flow. The number of inbound calls will be depend on how many calls are purchased via the optional pay-per-call program.

Are there contracts or setup fees?

No. There are no contracts or setup fees. We offer monthly or annual membership options and one-time or monthly pay-per-call options.
